The Arts Council of Metropolitan Kansas City has appointed Kate Forristall as director of the ArtsKC Fund fundraising program.

This new  new position directs ArtsKC Fund development including workplace giving  and foundation support.

Ms Forristall  once worked in development for the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and Starlight Theatre,

1) Mural in Rocheport @ the Visitors Welcome Center:

RFQ Received Deadline: 4 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2012

Eligibility: Professional artists and artist teams residing in the U.S. and that have at least five (5) years of public art experience
Budget: $25,000 for all artist fees, materials, etc.

Budget: $47,000 for all artists fees, fabrication, installation, etc.
