The Liberty Arts Foundation is supporter of MANY facets of the arts!

Visual: (Liberty Arts Commission/Liberty Fall Festival-Art Car, Liberty Arts Squared, paintings, pastels, photographs, sculptures, pottery, fibre…and literature…..to name a few)

 

Musical:(vocal…Like the Liberty Community Chorus or instrumental…Like the Liberty Symphony Orchestra or the Harrimen-Jewell Series)

Performing:   (Corbin Theatre, The Liberty Performing Arts Theatre……)

These are but a FEW of the arts we support, endorse, strongly suggest you embrace & enjoy…and Most of all…SUPPORT! In this time…..we all need funds to endure & grow, to help the arts grow.

 

3rd Annual Liberty Arts Squared (Liberty, MO)

It’s almost (Art) SHOW Time Ladies & Gents….Boys & Girls!!

The 3rd Annual Liberty Arts Squared Fine Arts Show in Downtown Liberty is HERE!!

Tonite from 5pm to almost 10 pm with adult beverages, food, music AND Fine Art! Not your typical beer can airplanes). The Fun continues Saturday from 9 to 4pm…..with more art and stuff for ALL ages. Bring your wallets….your curiosity AND your family!

Call for artists from the M.A.C!

The Missouri Arts Council (www.missouriartscouncil.org) has posted a call for artists for two (2) arts placements:
1) Mural in Rocheport @ the Visitors Welcome Center:

RFQ Received Deadline: 4 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2012

Eligibility: Professional artists and artist teams residing in the U.S. and that have at least five (5) years of public art experience
Budget: $25,000 for all artist fees, materials, etc.

2) Short Street Parking Garage (Columbia, Missouri)

RFQ Postmark Deadline: February 17, 2012

Eligibility: Artists and artist teams legally residing and eligible to work in Missouri

Budget: $47,000 for all artists fees, fabrication, installation, etc.
